When enough online signatures have been collected, from time-to-time SUN will accumulate the information as a State list, and either e-mail, send it via US Mail, or both, to your State’s elected United States Representatives and Senators, along with a copy of the petition.
Also from time to time, Sun will accumulate the information as part of a master list that will either be e-mailed, sent via US Mail, or both, to President Barack Obama, along with a copy of the petition.
Finally, additional data may be presented on SUN’s website illustrating the broad demographics of those that submitted a petition.
Under no circumstances will SUN release on its website the personal data of anyone who has submitted such data when signing the online petition.
Disclosure of your personal data: Other than for the purposes stated in "Use of Personal Data" SUN will not share your personal data with any marketing or marketing-related firms, or any other third party, except for transferring the information in our databases to comply with a legal requirement, for the administration of justice, to protect your vital interests, to protect the security or integrity of our databases or this website, to take precautions against legal liability.
